The ONU e-KSOs are specific, actionable learning outcomes for the EM.
This card outlines the expanded KEEN student outcomes (e-KSOs) developed at Ohio Northern University (ONU) as part of their institutionalization of KEEN Student Outcomes into the curriculum. These outcomes have been developed by a committee of faculty and form the backbone of the KEEN implementation at ONU. The purpose of the effort is to translate the big picture KEEN Student Outcomes of the framework into specific, authentic, and actionable learning objectives that facilitate the development of assignments that address the entrepreneurial mindset within a course. These student learning outcomes are then incorporated into the syllabus of the courses undergoing KEEN modification, to ensure sustainability of the mindset-related content and to be used as part of the continuous improvement and assessment reporting process.
