HOW A CENTER CAN INSTITUTIONALIZE KEEN Find alignment between institutional goals and KEEN’s mission. Take a servant leadership approach by serving faculty and students with programming while leading implementation of key institutional and school goals. Distribute ownership of KEEN across faculty, staff, and leaders. Ensure capacity building on campus toward student learning outcomes from the KEEN Framework.
